What an experience. I am so glad I chose Dr. L using zocdoc. She was so thorough, she did not rush my st any point. She asked me detailed questions about my symptoms, reviewed previous surgical information to explain next steps with her. I am so pleased with my experience and I am elated to have her as my new primary care doctor with the Kelsey-Seybold family!

Have been looking for a new PCP after I had a very bad experience from my prior dr. I was very stressed on that visit Dr Li is very Good I’m a loyal person and will call her my PCP.
The nurse was awesome too
Blood work went smooth I needed that done as I didn’t get the results from my prior Dr. he called me a liability which I found rude and in called for. The whole office was off
But glad I Found Dr Li!!!!

Dr. Shelley Li is amazing, patient, listens to what you have to say and uses her best judgement on best care treatment for your symptoms. She was very transparent and gave excellent recommendations and made the experience fast, efficient and felt like she was genuine in her decision making and explanations. I made Dr. Shelley Li my regular family physician and only come to Kelsey clinics because Dr. Shelley Li is there.

My experience was quick and peaceful from start to finish. The front desk staff were cordial and attentive. Nurse Sykes and Dr. Li were incredibly attentive and kind natured.
Dr. Li listened closely as I explained my concerns. She quickly and thoroughly reviewed my MyChart information and even asked me a few questions regarding some of my older responses on the questionnaire.
Lastly, my experience with the lab was great as well. The phlebotomist was skilled.
The facility is new and clean.
Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Li to others looking for a PCP.
