She gave me "next steps" if for any reason her recommendations weren't completely successful, in terms of how my feet responded. About Dr. Ria Sajnani
Since high school, I have been fascinated by my Biology classes and science-based extracurricular activities. I wanted to pursue this early interest with a career that would allow me to be hands-on procedurally while putting my extroverted nature to good use. I earned my Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Geneseo, followed by a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. I completed my residency in podiatry at New York Methodist Hospital.
I enjoy that podiatry offers a great deal of diversity in the pathology presented. A typical day allows me to treat patients dealing with lower extremity consequences of diabetes, athletes with musculoskeletal injuries, and those seeking elective surgical deformity correction.
I do my best to listen to and understand the unique life circumstances each patient presents, which ultimately determine how they are able to adhere to a particular course of treatment.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, usually centered around international cuisine, exploring New York City, long walks and scenic jogs, and listening to podcasts to stay updated on news, culture, and medicine.
My advice for patients is simple: stay active and stay preventative!

Dr. Ria was delightful. She was very thorough in her analysis of my concerns and provided excellent recommendations.
The office was very nice and accommodating. I was sent first for an x-ray, which was a quick and easy process. All staff were kind and efficient, and I was amazed at the lack of wait time in the waiting room, in radiology, and in the doctor's office. I will probably utilize the facility for other medical needs in the future.
