I had only an appointment with dr. Richard Chssler. He was very polite and looked very knowledgeable. He recommend me to have an upper endoscopy. Tomorrow I will have it and I will see dr. Chessler again after this.

I think my visit pleasant stay. All staff was pleasant & proffesional.
Doc was solid, definitely knowledgeable and didn't rely on the single indicator that every other doctor went straight to (stress for me) as a simple answer to my issue. Nonetheless, I was pretty angry that I waited over 90 minutes before being seen.
first of all, I waited 2 hours. For an appointment I made a week in advance. When I got there to check in early and fill out my paperwork, I was told the doctor was not in yet and they have no way of knowing when he'll be in. So I waited Two hours. And then when the doctor finally arrived, they took two men before me. one whom I knew had the same exact appointment time as me because I over heard him. He came in 30 minutes later than I did. And another man who came in a full hour after I did. And I heard his appointment was scheduled after mine. What the heck? And lastly, when I finally got to ask my questions about my heartburn. I told the doctor i was not interested in taking a medication to just mask the heart burn. I actually wanted a solution to fix it. All he did was suggest a list of medications. He also told me from his personal experience that they all stopped working over time. So basically no help whatsoever. So I paid my copay and was sent on my way with ZERO help. the worst

On first visit I was booked for an endoscopy which I was asked to pay for even though they participate with my insurance. When I returned for the results I had to ask for the results...Dr. chessler did not remember he did an endoscopy! He should have reviewed his notes! He is too old! He wanted me to book a second endoscopy in six weeks! For what? Do not waste your time! By the way, my insurance paid him and I had to call for a refund. I have to wait three to four weeks.
