About Dr. Prem Chattoo
Dr. Prem Chattoo earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the New York Institute of Technology, New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency at Winthrop-University Hospital and his fellowship in Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and ERCP at Saint Vincent's Medical Center, Manhattan. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. Dr. Chattoo works in an academic institution and has had several papers published and presented at national gastroenterology conferences. He is an expert and speaker on a variety of topics including Hepatitis B and C, GERD, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), colitis, and Crohn's disease.
