Dr. Guzak began his career in private practice in Grand Blanc, Michigan. During this time he also served as a co-investigator for the FDA in clinical trials for treatments in presbyopia and glaucoma. He received the Dr. Robert VanHoven Memorial Scholarship award in 2009, and was published in the Optometry and Vision Science Journal in February, 2011. Dr. Guzak is a board certified optometric physician in Michigan and Florida, and a member of the American Optometric Association, the Florida Optometric Association, and the American Academy of Optometry.
Dr. Guzak moved to Orlando in July, 2011 to join Orlando Eye Associates. He enjoys spending time with his friends and family, especially his two young nephews. Dr. Guzak is an avid sports fan, and enjoys golfing, running, and biking.
