The visit was quick and for something simple. The doctor was very nice but having to wait over an hour after arriving early for the set appt time was annoying. I was hoping they would call to let me know how behind they were running. I understand that can be hard to do sometimes but walking into the office, there were clearly several people ahead of me still waiting to be seen.

Dr. Keech and his office staff were friendly and helpful. Took an hour for the doctor to see me because his office was so busy.

I found Dr. Keech to be knowledable and respected his medical opinion. Customer service is a whole 'nother story. His office managed to bungle my address and sent a lab bill to the wrong address. It almost went to collections because of their error. And Dr. Keech did not return my calls on an X-ray that he ordered, despite the onset of new symptoms that I developed. I can only assume that he did not care. I called 5 times over two weeks.

Poor follow up. Got blood work done and had to call twice before I got results. Didn't give me any details when I finally did get results.

He is an impressionable guy; great sense of humor. I like his demeanor and approach to conversations with ease and interest. He takes the time to get to create an interesting bond for a patient-doctor relationship.

I went to see Dr. Keech for headaches. I knew when we were off to a bad start when I walked into the office and the lady at the front desk said she couldn't find my appointment. As I was about to tell her that I booked online, I heard a voice from the back yell, "ZocDoc." She gave me the paperwork to fill out. I told the lady at the desk that I had another appointment at 1:30 and asked if they were running "on time." She said, "yes." As I was filling out the paperwork, the ladies behind the desk were complaining about ZocDoc and how the settings were wrong and I shouldn't have been able to have an appointment at that time. My appointment was at noon and the sign by the front desk shows that they are closed from noon until 2pm. At 12:35 they brought me back to a room. At 1:05 the doctor came in. I realize that doctors frequently run late, but at least apologize to keeping a patient waiting over an hour. I find it quite arrogant not to apologize. The exam conducted by the doctor was underwhelming (no exam was conducted). His response was, "there are two types of headaches, those that will kill you and those that won't. This seems like the type that won't." Anyways, the bedside manner was seriously lacking and I likely wouldn't return.
