Dr. Richard M. Kennedy is an OUTSTANDING PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN whom I admire and trust intensely. I have known Dr. Kennedy for several decades from the time that he was the Managing Physician at the World Bank health clinic. He is the singularly BEST, most honest, knowledgeable, understanding, and communicative doctor that I have known in my adult life. I have sent friends and staff members to Dr. Kennedy to get second opinions when their own doctors wanted to immediately prescribe unnecessary surgeries. Dr. Kennedy also gives excellent referrals to specialists from whom I personally have received excellent care. MEDSTAR is to be Congratulated for having Dr. Kennedy - such a wonderful human being and physician — on their staff.
