Richard Deluca, M.D. is a board-certified ophthalmologist. He graduated cum laude with his undergraduate degree, B.A. in Biology, from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN. Dr. Deluca earned his Medical Doctor Degree from Medical College of Virginia, School of Medicine, Richmond, VA.
