I was very dissatisfied with the cattle car mentality of the office. The staff and doctor was very pleasant...but they did not respect my time. The charges were extremely high as well. They also requested me return in 2 weeks to get biopsy results. ALL my other experiences with this kind of test have not required a follow-up. I am not looking forward to them stealing more of my valuable time!!

I was very satisfied. This was an initial visit. I came prepared with my paperwork and was seen witihin 10 minutes. I had a biopsy and was given clear instructions on after care by a very professional team. I was out within an hour.

I was very pleased with Dr. Rudnicki. He was so kind to Emily as I know she was in alot of pain. She is still having a hard time but home it's on the ups. We have to meet again on Tuesday. Overall great staff and doctor.

His front desk staff needs to be better trained on greeting and interacting with patients. They are very short and non-verbal, just low on the customer service end. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment and waited over an hour to spend about 4 minutes with the doctor. My appointment seemed very rushed when he finally did get into the room. I know some waiting is normal, but over an hour for 4 minutes of a consultation? Not ok in my book. My time and money is just as valuable as his.
