He was very dry.he didn't introduce himself to me. He was an okay doctor not excited to see him again. His staff however i fell in love with. The two receptionist are wonderful. They help me pick out glasses and his nurse was so kind. If it wasn't for them my visit would be a total disappointment

My appointment was great! The front office staff was so friendly and proficient. I didn't have to wait long at all to be seen . Dr. Shuster was excellent! He was very nice and most importantly, thorough. He took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend coming here!

Shuster was extremely thorough with my examination and I did not feel rushed in any way. He waited with me to ensure that my contacts were fitted properly and allowed me to try different options to make sure I bought lenses that were best suited for my eyes. He was transparent about lenses types / prices / pros & cons of different brands of lenses + solution and I appreciated that a lot. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. My one bit of feedback is that they dilated my pupils before giving me the bill, so I couldn't review the line item receipt as closely as I would have liked prior to payment.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Shuster to my friends and family. He was very professional and informative. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They took the time to listen to what I really wanted and we found the perfect set of frames to suit my lifestyle. I haven't even gone to pick my new glasses up yet...but overall I was very pleased with my visit.

Dr. Shuster is a really nice guy and i think he's a good optometrist. I think he mIght be better suited for people who already have glasses or contacts. He prescribed me glasses, a first for me, and his very sweet office staff helped me pick frames. The thing is, i didn't know what to ask, what to look for, and the end result are glasses I don't use. I raised my concerns a few weeks after getting them and went in for a check. Dr Shuster said he thought they were right and to give them more time but I think they were the wrong solution. A friend who reps frames to the optometry industry had some pretty specific feedback that I was in the wrong frames for my eyes and needs. Ultimately, I guess it's on me. Very nice guy, though, and he seems like a good practitioner.

Dr. Shuster took the time to explain what he found and made me feel a lot better about my condition. I thought I had a much more severe issue than I did, and he explained his recommendation for a fix thoroughly.

First of all, the office staff is all warm and friendly, I felt comfortable the moment I stepped in the door. Dr. Shuster was great, he listened to my questions and concerns and didn't just nod and write it down. He was the right amount of concerned and matter-of-fact about everything and had great advice about different contacts. Everyone there treated me like a person, not another dollar sign. I'm referring a friend right away and would recommend this office to anyone!

very Polite staff plesent informative, caring, wait time was none, i was early and seen right away. in and out under an hour. completed every test needed and then some. Was very pleased with his practice function, and very clean, he was very concerned about needs of patience if he was cold he wanted to be sure his patiences weren't and wuld accomadate there needs over his comfort. Thank you for that and recognizing something as small as the temperature in the room.

Dr. Shuster was great! I have a very mild prescription, and some doctors in the past have been very patronizing, telling me that I'm making a mountain out of a molehill about my sight and that I don't need glasses. But Dr. Shuster wasn't patronizing at all, and he took the time to make me feel very well taken care of and informed. I highly recommend this doctor for all your eye care needs.
