“I had an excellent experience at MyEyeDr. in Brookhaven and would highly recommend this office! From the moment I walked in, the front desk person welcomed me right away and was incredibly friendly, helpful, and personable. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable from the start. The other front desk person also helped me adjust my glasses when I checked out and was just as friendly and helpful with that. The two technicians who performed all of my testing were also extremely professional, friendly, and personable. They made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process and explained things really well. Dr. H was wonderful. I was looking for a new contact lens prescription, and Dr. H really listened to my concerns and took the time to recommend a new brand that has already been feeling much better. The entire appointment was efficient, organized, and right on time, and every person I interacted with made me feel genuinely comfortable and cared for.”
