As an attentive, careful, and comforting physician, Dr. Richard Wineland provides quality urological care to residents of the Anaheim community. He takes the time necessary to fully understand the patient’s problem, explain the underlying causes, lay out a series of treatment options, and answer questions.
Dr. Wineland provides a comprehensive range of in-office procedures including no-scalpel vasectomy, circumcision, microwave thermotherapy, prostate biopsies, and other minor surgical procedures. In-hospital, he performs endoscopic treatments of bladder tumors, prostate obstruction surgery, stone surgery, endoscopic laser lithotripsy, minimally invasive incontinence surgery, and nephrectomies.
Because of his active membership in the American Urologic Association and the Orange County Urologic Society, as well as his participation in training courses for prostate cancer, incontinence, stone disease, and male performance issues, Dr. Wineland is able to stay up to date on a rapidly changing specialty.
When Dr. Wineland is not practicing medicine, he enjoys spending time with his large extended family, bicycle riding, video gaming, and reading.
