I found Dr. Rick Peter through Zocdoc during one of the most difficult times in my life while dealing with a painful kidney stone. From my very first visit, I knew I had found an exceptional physician. He listened carefully, took my concerns seriously, and when I later developed a kidney infection, he recognized it promptly and made sure I got the treatment I needed.As someone with a healthcare background, I have high standards, and Dr. Peter has exceeded every one. His bedside manner is outstanding. He’s kind, compassionate, and genuinely listens. I never feel rushed, and he explains his recommendations in a way that leaves me feeling informed and respected.What stands out most is his depth of medical knowledge and thoughtful judgment. He explains his reasoning, discusses options, and makes decisions collaboratively.Finding a physician who combines such strong medical knowledge with real compassion is rare. Excellent and Exceptional Doctor
I had a Zoom appointment with this doctor during a very painful and stressful time. I believed I had a kidney stone, but he carefully listened to my symptoms and thoughtfully explained that it could be a urinary tract infection as well. His knowledge, attention to detail, and clinical judgment were truly impressive.
What stood out most was his excellent bedside manner, kindness, and compassion. He took the time to listen, answered all of my questions, eased my anxiety, and made me feel genuinely cared for. Even through a virtual appointment, his professionalism and dedication were evident.

I had a great experience with Zocdoc and Dr. Perez. I scheduled a late-evening appointment on a Friday for flu-like symptoms and difficulty breathing, and Dr. Perez personally called me within 30 minutes. He quickly identified the issue and sent a prescription to a 24-hour pharmacy right away.
After starting the medication, I was finally able to get some much-needed rest by Saturday. The entire process was fast, efficient, and reassuring during a stressful time. I highly recommend both Zocdoc and Dr. Perez for prompt, professional care.

It was a five minute call. Asked me none of my medical history. Called in a prescription for Fosimax for one refill.
No thanks..
I’ll look elsewhere for a general practitioner that takes an interest in my health which will hopefully last more than 5 minutes. My prescription is a long term need. I’ll not pay to see a doctor every month for this medication.
