I like the doctor she is very informative, but the wait time for appointments are horrible. I have been waiting on her office to fax over paperwork for two now and still nothing has happened. I've called twice and they keep saying the samething "I will call and fax over your paperwork and call you back."

Set appointment for 9 am dr didn't make it to the office until 9:30. Clients says that's her time to come in daily. I sat there for over a hour patiently. They called 3 ppl that checked in after me before me. I went to the desk and spoke on it and she was like " I'll put you next!" As if they was just waiting to see how long until I got tired of waiting!!! I got my dl and insurance card and politely left but I honestly wanted to raise HELL !!!

The worst office and doctor i ever been to. its been almost a month and they haven't even bother to call me about my result. i called 2 weeks ago and supposedly they were still waiting for my results. When you go to this doctor she's in a hurry to tell her what you have because she's on the phone and wants to leave fast. the lady that took my blood was on the phone face time with someone else while she was taking my blood. She didn't use gloves! I will NEVER recommend this doctor to NO ONE!. One Last thing. when i got to the pharmacy the medications that she prescribe me were for something else that i didn't even have.. PLEASE DONT GO WITH HER!.

I was dissapointed in the wait. I waited in the wait room for less than 30 minutes. My appointment was at 4:45pm but, I was not seen until close to 6pm by Dr. Rispba .When I was seen, the doctor talked to me briefly about my medical history and I passed along to the pheblomist for my blood work..

It was average. I feel like many questions were asked but nothing was really accomplished. I could have called my insurance and scheduled my own rheumatologist because that's all I basically drove out there for. I feel that the drive and effort was a waste. Also, professionals should be more organized with scheduling.

I will start with the majority of my visit was with a med student (which I am used to and fine with), with the minimal conversation with the Doctor only repeating and checking to clarify if the student wrote correct documentation. Both were fairly unhelpful, and I will be cancelling my prescriptions and going elsewhere. I was not given many options, and had to basically suggest what they should give me rather than them offering help.
The office was also very dirty, stains on all chairs and uninviting waiting area. Doors all squeaky and very dark setting. They had to take me to 3 restrooms as the first 2 were had urine and feces in them, open urine containers needing to be tested and toilets not flushing. I will not go back!

Very attentive, through (which at times can create a long appointment time, but i appreciate her looking at every possibility instead of getting in and out and not haveing all need met) , well educated and versed on medical diganoses as well as insightful when seeking guidance, open to giving her opinion on best practice and patients needs instead of looking to see what options would be most beneficial to the office and feeding the medical giants with endless dollars.

Was very rude to my mother. Told my mom she was fat and needed to lose weight! My mothers blood pressure was 206/121 when she left. They were suppose to retake her blood pressure and never did. My mom when to her pharmacy and they asked why was she release from the doctor. Last visit!!! Very poor staff and bed side manners.

Dr. McCray-Garrison is the most caring and thorough doctor that I have ever come in contact with. She made me feel very comfortable and she listened very carefully to me and what my concerns were. She also asked me questions in order to make sure that she understood me. I loved this about her!!! A doctor that really listens!!! Dr. Garrison examined me and then told me everything about my illness and how she was going to treat it. She also educated me about other things that I needed to know about my health. Since my visit I have been feeling better. She was AMAZING!!! I highly recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr. McCray-Garrison is a doctor who truly cares about healing her patients. I had been suffering with an illness that eventually turned into a debilitating infection. I had been to several different doctors concerning my condition, and they would always blow me off by throwing prescription drugs at me, which never helped. I felt that I was at the end of my rope, especially when my health declined with the infection. Dr. McCray-Garrison examined me closely, ordered labs, and then drained the puss that was growing under the skin in my leg and my chest. Her medical technique was sterile, quick, and it gave me relief. The medication and care she gave me has helped me fully recover from the symptoms of my illness. I feel like a normal functioning person. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much Dr. McCray-Garrison.

She did not wash her hands when she walked in the room. She did not wash her hands before or after examining me, or use hand sanitizer, or put on gloves. That is all you need to know!!!!!! Unacceptable. Will never go back. Doesn't matter how nice/kind/caring she is.
