First off the office staff is very courteous and friendly on the phone and in person. This is something I find is hard to come by these days and it makes a great first impression. The medical assistant was also very nice. APRN Rita took the time to listen to me and was very personable. I did not feel rushed at all. I would definitely recommend this practice.
