Much more informative than any eye doctor I have seen in recent years. The appointment was thorough without being too lengthy. The administrative staff was also very helpful with navigating some confusing insurance issues. I highly recommend.

I was referred to Dr. Niyigena's practice by my primary care physician. I had been experiencing significant pain, redness, and swelling in one eye likely attributed to a recent dip in the ocean. Dr. Niyigena's practice was able to fit me in on the same day given the emergency and saw me with very little wait. The first staff member, Rochelle, I saw couldn't have been kinder and more professional. She put me at ease in a situation that could have caused considerable discomfort (testing for pink eye.) Dr. Niyigena saw me shortly thereafter. She was professional, thorough, kind, and confident. I'm happy to report that my eye seems to be healing rapidly within less than 24 hours of my visit.

My entire experience at the office, from the time entered until departure, was great -- from receptionist, to techs, to Dr. Niyigena. Added bonus: no wait time. My first time at their office, but it will be my go-to place for eye exams.

Great visit today. All questions answered & explained.. it's extremely helpful to get some of the details of why some symptom might happen. For example, one symptom I've heard described before is "flashes", but I've never really understood what that meant. Dr. Niyigena explained what those are usually described as (by other people who experience them), & she explain a little about why that looking like,/happens. It was extremely helpful to get a little background. Thanks.
