I've been seeing Dr. Oganwu for more than thirty years and I stay with her because of her attentiveness and her bedside manners. She's never in a rush and she's a very good listener. She takes very good care of her patients. I would never change Doctors unless unforeseen circumstances force me to.

The wait was far too long for the brief physical that I received and I will not wait that long to see Dr. Oganwu again despite her apology. She seems very knowledgeable, but I was dismayed to discover that a test was not requested for my cholesterol levels despite that being one of my main concerns and I communicated that on paper and when we talked. I did not find that out until I called back to request the information. Considering the wait and failure to test my cholesterol I may not return.

Office changed appt to 3:15 for my 85 yr old mother. Arrived at 3:10. Brought to exam room at 4. Assistant asked questions. dr. came in at 4:50, after I left twice to ask for a status update. If the doctor wasn't as apologetic and nice as she is, this would have been our first and last visit. She is very nice and thorough. Hopefully, next time will be more on time. Difficult for mom to sit around that long. I am willing to try again.

She advertised that she was a dermatologist and she is not. I waited over two hours to be seen. She did not provide the service for which she advertised. I asked for a refund and she refused. I met several clients in the lobby who were not satisifed.

For the first time I think I have actually found a doctor who will actually listen to what is going on with my body. Not only did she explain to me what was going on but also to my husband.her bedside manner is great,upset I didn't find her two years ago.also her staff is very very nice.would highly recommend!
