Dr. Hendrickson was so kind and empathetic to my needs. He listened very tentatively and showed immense understanding to my health situation. Warm and great bedside manners, and overall an outstanding provider. He was my first visit with University of Chicago and definitely put me at ease. He spoke confidently, clearly and directly while answering any questions or concerns I had. Also explained while educating me on why certain medications were recommended or more favorable for my personal situation. University of Chicago Medicine should be glad they have him on board because he is spectacular. Incredibly grateful to now have switched my health care needs to University of Chicago Med and to have him as a pcp.

From start to finish the appointment was a breeze. Each staff member was generally pleasant. the the nursing staff was very nice and answered any questions I had during the standard checks. Dr. Hendrickson was very easy to chat with. Blood draw asked for that day had little wait time after the appointment and the nurse at that location down the hall was just as nice to chat with

Dr. Hendrickson was very professional and polite. His bedside manner put me at ease, and he was very attentive while gathering my medical history. I loved that he presented a treatment plan option and asked for my opinion/comfort with the plan before moving forward, rather than just pushing a plan onto me.
