From the welcoming office staff to the payment clerk, I was very impressed with their professionalism and ability.
The tech and Dr Patel were both friendly and could answer all my concerns and I left reassured that I had chosen the perfect doctor and staff.

I graduated from Indiana University College of Optometry in May 2003. Shortly after graduation, I obtained a license to practice in Texas and became therapeutic and glaucoma certified. My husband and I moved to the DFW area in 2004 shortly after I began my career in optometry. After practicing for a couple of years, I decided to start my own practice in Las Colinas. I thoroughly enjoy seeing patients and quite often you will find me in the optical “frame styling” my patients. I take great pride in the practice I have created and continue to learn and use that knowledge to treat my patients and educate them on the best options for their eyes.

Very professional, very pleasant. They opened the doors late and although I was first in the office, I was seen late. They have a great selection of frames though mainly on the upper-end of the price scale. I will definitely return for my next appt.

First time, and great experience. VERY friendly staff, clean office space. Dr. Patel and her staff did a great job explaining the different tests and Dr. Patel went over the results thoroughly. I was able to stop in on my lunch, and was out the door in 35 minutes. Unfortunately, I need glasses, but great experience overall!

Overall, a good experience. The wait time wasn't too bad. It IS a doctor's office, so expect a wait of ~5 minutes until the assistant leads you through the first few tests, and another 5-10 for the doctor to see you. Dr. Patel was very courteous and professional, as was her staff. They were upfront with their prices, though I'd encourage everyone to read the fine print as a precaution.
