Welcome Bienvenidos Whether you were recently diagnosed with pre-diabetes or diabetes, or are further along, you have questions. Most doctors are unable to offer the full support needed to cope with this distressing diagnosis. I know because I have been through it myself when my daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 at an early age. You do not have to struggle alone. My educational background includes a Masters of Public Health and Masters of Nutrition Sciences. My experience includes working closely with an endocrinology team, and as part of your diabetes treatment team I will: -Be your diabetes advocate -Guide your food choices to optimize health -Counsel you through issues pertinent to diabetes management -Coach you through getting to your target A1C and develop strategies to maintain it -Answer the questions you did not ask when diagnosed Se habla español
