What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider?
I enjoy learning about each individual's life, their goals and concerns. Then harnessing that information and their values to discuss ways to empower them to reach their goals.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
I view the primary care provider as that of a personal medical consultant for each patient. Learning about their unique situation, and providing medical options for them to choice.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
I enjoy reading, working out, cooking, learning Spanish, dancing Salsa & Bachata, and spending time with family.

My appointment overall was fine. I am new to the state and was trying to establish care with a primary care provider. I needed some prescriptions refilled and it’s now been two weeks and they still haven’t been filled. It has been impossible to reach out to the doctor directly to have this fixed. I feel like I just threw money away and have now gone days without my medicine. It doesn’t seem right to have to book another appointment and pay again to get this resolved.
