My appointment overall was fine. I am new to the state and was trying to establish care with a primary care provider. I needed some prescriptions refilled and it’s now been two weeks and they still haven’t been filled. It has been impossible to reach out to the doctor directly to have this fixed. I feel like I just threw money away and have now gone days without my medicine. It doesn’t seem right to have to book another appointment and pay again to get this resolved.
