I am passionate about helping people and making a positive difference in their lives. I build personal, lasting relationships that allow me to provide the help and guidance each patient needs. Through these connections, I tailor treatment plans, inspire, and educate patients on their health and wellbeing.
As a primary care physician, my role is to provide preventative care, support a healthy lifestyle, and most importantly, advocate for my patients. I treat a variety of medical illnesses and guide patients to receive the best possible care for their conditions.
I earned my Doctor of Medicine from the American University of Antigua College of Medicine, completed a Residency in Family Medicine at Genesys Regional Medical Center, and pursued a Fellowship in Sports Medicine at Kettering Health. I hold a Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas, Dallas.
In my spare time, I enjoy being with my wife and our three children, ages 5, 3, and 2 months. When I find time for myself, I like working out, playing tennis, and watching sports.

Dr. Rafi failed to send my prescription to the pharmacy over multiple days. As of writing this, it still hasn't happened. Furthermore, he was impossible to get ahold of. He is a contractor for Circle Medical Group. They are awful. They are concerned about volume and not patient care. If they make a mistake, be warned it's a nightmare trying to get it fixed... I'm literally writing this out of desparation in hopes that they will read it and remember to fill my prescription. This is medicine, not Amazon... I expect better.
