The whole facility was very clean. Staff was professional and friendly. They have primary care doctors, dental services and a midwife which can prove to be very convenient for patients. I'll definitely will be a revisiting patient.

Today I had an appointment that was switched to 11 am when I got there they told me my appt was at 12 pm not 11 but they text me 11am. When talking to the receptionist sounds like she wants to argue with me about it instead of helping me understand. It is now 1:22 and I have still not been seen. This is not the first time the first time I showed up and the MD was extremely late and they had told me to reschedule. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

He was rude and I never got seen at all my appointment was for 11am and I was still waiting by 2:30pm. He called Noone the whole time was there I wouldn't recommend him to anyone I know at all.

The office is very clean and receptionists are kind! Dr. Balthazar is very educated and gave me plenty insight on my health. The medical assistants are well versed in their profession and gave me plenty advice as a medical student myself. 10/10 !!
