If I hadn't used zocdoc I would have had to wait more than a month to see the doctor. So this is a great service. My apptointment date was 2/7/18.
He's very thorough and doesn't rush his patients.
Dr. Bashuk is nearing or has reached the top of his profession. He clearly explained my MRI results and options. I am on a conservative path for now.
Very thoughtful in his analysis. Going back for an MRI.
The Dr. listened to me. He took his time in examine me and made sure I understood everything he said and did.
HE LISTENED TO MY PROBLEM AND CONCERNS. HE TOOK IS TIME WITH ME. MADE SURE WE UNDERSTOOD WHAT HE WAS WANTING TO DO..
He is a great doctor. I have complete confidence in him.
He ask a lato question. Did some basic test, and make 2 more apoiment for another test. His stuf was profesional. Total time from check in to check out 1hour 50 min.
He is an excellent Neurologist! He explains information and cares about his patients.
This is my second time visiting Dr. Bashuk. He is very easy to talk to, he seems to know medications really well, and explains them to me in a way that I can understand. He is polite and positive.
Very smart. He listens. He is very good at what he does. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Bashuk was thorough, listened carefully and certainly knows his stuff! His kind demeanor put me at ease and I'm glad to be in good hands.
Dr. Bashuk , was very helpful and provided a great education to my son concerning sports and self care. I would highly recommend him.
Great doctor. Dr. Bashuk takes his time and makes sure that you understand the diagnosis. Very personable.
My first visit and I have to admit I am very impressed. Very thorough and caring. I would highly recommend.
He was very informative, was very pleased with his delivery. Explained every detail.
I just wish doctors in general showed that they cared. At lest show you care. I went to several doctors today and just felt like an appointment.
He was very professional and thorough. I feel comfortable and confident with his diagnosis and treatment plan.
First time meeting Dr. Bashuk, and his kindness and concern for my mom was apparent. He understood her condition and answered our questions giving us peace of mind.
The office we very short-staffed on the day that I was seen, and they apologized for my wait time. Dr. Bashuk was extremely polite, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! I left feeling like I was making a step towards a healthier me and learned a lot!
I absolutely LOVE Dr Bashuk and Cierra his assistant. Only drawbacks: It's difficult to get them on the phone and they won't e-prescribe or fax my prescriptions to my mail order- I have to snail mail them myself which causes unnecessary delay. Not a controlled substance so it is legal to do it, I'm not sure why they don't. Still worth it and will continue to drive out of my way to see him.
The wait times are incredibly long. Not worth it.
I had gone in for a consultation, and waited for an hour and a half to be seen. The waiting room was sweltering, in order to use the restroom you have to get a key and then leave the office and go downstairs. If you use ZocDoc to fill out the patient registration, its apparently a waste of your time as they are unable to get it from the cloud. So after all of that, and finally being seen an hour and a half after my appt time, the doctor was pleasant, but felt I had to convince him of my condition, yet he felt there was enough evidence to search for it outright. When I asked for a few answers based on the present evidence, he completely avoided it or failed to understand the questions asked, and when repeated, was given the same response. Overall I was not impressed with the office, the staff, and the doctor. I will give it another attempt after the labs are completed to give them another chance of redemption. If it is the same after this next attempt, I will be finding a more a capable practice.
Office staff was great. Doctor very good.
The doctor is very kind and helpful. I would recommend him. BUT the wait time at the offices are HORRIBLE. During the 4 times I've had appointments, I've always had to wait at least 30-45 minutes. Twice I've waiting an hour to be seen. Not sure if the wait is worth the treatment.
Very nice and straight forward.
Dr. Bashuk is a very caring doctor who listens to his patients and really seems to care. He has a great bedside manner. At my most recent appointment I was even seen 5 minutes before my actual appointment time and was leaving his office 15 minutes after my appointment time. Highly recommend!
Dr.Bashuk was as helpful and down to earth as I've ever experienced. I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by how professional, and sincere he was. He took time with me and listened to what I had to say as well. I feel lucky that I found this Doctor.
He was very thorough and asked me a lot of questions so he could best treat me.
He listened to what I had to say. Was up to date on treatment and seemed concerned about me. He was checking me for a brain tumor and was so concerned that my left arm was weak and wobbly. I think he was even more concerned when I told him that I had shoulder surgery in April.
This Dr was extremely rude and unprofessional,I have never experienced such horrible treatment
Great demeanor. Very thorough. Nice personality. I wish he could be my primary care doc!
A long wait, but the doc took his time with me, so I can see why they were running late.
Dr.bashuk is very thorough and patient. He has a great bed side manor and will listen to what you have to say. I've been a returning patient for 6 years now and I wouldn't go any where else!
My son has been seeing dr. Bashuk for 28 years. I wouldn't recommend another neurologist!! The best!! However, the waiting time is ridiculous.
He was professional, helpful, and warm. I am very happy to find a doctor that can help!
It was very pleasant.
He was very intuitive. He listened to me and heard what I was saying. He was gentle and through. His entire staff was sweet. I trust Dr. Bashuk to take care of my neurological needs. I look forward to him being my neurologist in the future.
Wonderful doctor, knowledgeable, professional, listens.
He was very thorough. He asked a lot of questions and listened
Dr Bashuk provided clear explanations and was very kind and patient with my questions. He and his office did a great job facilitating both appointment and follow up testing within 48 hrs of my first contact with them. Very impressed so far :-)
He is terrific!
