Was great! Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable.
Dr. Bashuk was clear in his communication and thorough! His staff is friendly and courteous. Ashleigh, and the nurse assisting me were very helpful!
Went to Dr. Bashuk for another Neurologist opinion and within minutes of him coming into the room I realized I had wasted a month of waiting for the apt and that trip. He could not keep my story straight when I was explaining what happened and my symptoms, kept cutting me off and seemed frustrated even though I kept my story as simple as possible. I had told him I was unsure of a diagnosis I had been given because there were contradicting stories so I had hoped he could help clear things up but it seems he had no interest in touching on that part other than asking what the other doctors said. Did not ask to see the MRIs I have done or the full list of treatments I have tried. He said my story was confusing and asked what I wanted out of him and I advised I wanted to get some clarification or a recommendation/referral to someone who could help. He ended up just giving me a couple sample medications and ordering a blood test. Very disappointed

Nice staff and doctor was attentive and helpful

Dr. Bashuk, was very intuitive in his assessment on determining the causes of the swelling of my feet and legs. This was to determine if the condition was related to Peripheral Neuropathy or some other cause.

Dr was very professional and serious and got down to business. Reviewed my past and present symptoms then ordered some testing.

Robert was very knowledgeable and listened to all of my concerns. He had great bedside manner and wanted to make sure I was the most comfortable.
I picked Dr. Bashuk due to reviews, and upon first visit, he did not disappoint. His staff is very friendly. The doctor was very attentive and knowledgeable. I now have a great neurologist as long as he's in practice, which I hope is quite awhile.

I have had MS for some time now, and seeing this new provider has been such a breeze. He was great listener. He really cared about my health and my feelings. The office coordinators went above and beyond. Very professional.

After my 20th notification about my appointment, when I was actually seen by this physician, the differential diagnosis was “I don’t know”. This was a waste of time and money.
It was great. Angela was super accommodating; getting cold water and alcohol pads. She is super friendly and takes time to listen. She feels like a friend :). ps - She even went & got my cane in the wait room when I got dizzy on her own initiative.
The staff is always so nice, kind & gentle.
Great staff, bedside manner was impeccable. There was no wait time and everyone in the office were great. I didn't feel rushed and had any questions I asked answered.
The staff is always friendly and supportive. They make me feel the sincerity of helping me to have a full recovery. Thank you all for your kindness and warm smiles at a difficult time for me.
Friendly & professional.
The visit was very organized. Smooth and planned out very well. Though it was along day of testing, all staff made it much more enjoyable. Definitely would have to stay that everyone here is incredible, especially Megan!
Very professional.
Quick!
My visit was great! The staff is very professional and attentive. There was barely any wait time of being called to the back for my tests. The staff listens and answers any all of my questions I may had. Great office!!
Very thorough - Dr. Bashuk listening very well & with alot of compassion. Dr. Bashuk kept me on point to get the information he needed.
All the testing is taxing therapy cognitive should be the primary focus I was hoping to receive memory care more treatment to help improve multitasking
All was good. It was important to learn I was not crazy or making up stories. Spouse needs to know more insight - spouse handout * Intake Room - near treadmill to noise - hard to hear.
He was clear and precise, not condescending, not hurried, not aloof. He reviewed the history of methods previously tried. He attempted to find the least expensive alternative to prescribe. He ordered diagnostic tests.
