Board-certified and fellowship-trained neurologist Ki Jung, MD, has more than 20+ years of experience helping patients with neurological disorders.
He has had a successful practice and earned an outstanding reputation in Charlotte, NC, around the Lake Norman area. Now, he is bringing his years of neurological expertise to the Neuroscience Specialty Centers of Atlanta!

Dr. Jung was a breath of fresh air. I appreciate a Doctor who can explain complicated material to the common person. Both himself and his team were great listeners, which is the #1 thing I judge a Dr office on. Also, Dr. Jung was hilarious. It's nice to have a Dr who can take away some of the anxiety.

I felt the doctor was genuinely sincere and listening to my symptoms and then advising clear steps to move forward to get to the root of the problem. I love that he ended it with asking me what I needed it to feel more comfortable to advise about any medications, I could take with my symptoms. It took me a while to get into his office, but it was worth it.

Turned out, I didn't really NEED to see him, but the appointment was at the order of my primary who wanted a check up on a previous condition I had. He told me he could order several tests, but due to me not having any symptoms, he thought it wasn't really necessary. He said he would gladly order the tests, though, if it was something I wanted. I decided to save a couple thousand bucks lol. Great bedside manner, still examined me, walked through my history, had read through medical notes and documents in my chart from the last several years, and was just really pleasant!

Dr Jung listened to me and shared strategies for me to improve my condition. My other Cardiologist just gave me a prescription and scheduled another appointment in several months. Dr Jung spent longer than the average 15 minute visit, closer to 30 minutes. He also scheduled some follow up procedures for me.

Dr.Ki Jung, was very concerned about my headaches, he listened intently and knew exactly what I was describing and what plan of action should be taken to bring me relief, he not only prescribed me a medication routine, but he also incorporated some healthy lifestyle changes that I need make in my treatment. I found his approach to be very warm and he is highly knowledgeable in his practice. After suffering from headaches for years, I am excited to finally have answers and a course of action.

I completed all required paperwork, arrived early for my scheduled appointment, and paid my co-insurance—only to later discover I was charged twice. I was taken to an exam room and left waiting for over an hour. During that time, no physician came in, and no staff member provided an update or ETA. The appointment was scheduled for 30 minutes, and I had not spoken with anyone by the time I needed to leave to pick up my child.
When I informed staff I needed to leave, I requested a refund, as I was never seen. This was my first experience as a new patient, and it was extremely disappointing. At the front desk, I was told they did not know how to process a refund. After additional waiting, I was told the refund would be issued. However, no refunds were processed, and both charges remained pending. I ultimately had to contact my bank to cancel both charges.
This experience was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the practice’s professionalism and patient care.

I actually can't describe how amazing Dr. Ki Jung was. I am not one to really ever write reviews, unless my health was at risk or something unprofessional happened. I went to see Dr. Ki Jung for chronic migraines + vertigo. I had seen an ENT doctor a couple days before this and had an awful experience. The appointment with Dr. Ki Jung made it that much better.
His front desk staff was amazing, his PA and nurse were fantastic... and he was next level. He actually took the time to listen to every single concern I have ever had on the topic, he described the medications in FULL, he wasn't rushing me out of the room and he didn't discredit any of my concerns. I was simply blown away by him - I bet he just views it as "doing his job" but it meant a lot more to me. Especially with what I have been experiencing - I think he might change my life! He was professional, kind, caring, attentive, informative, charismatic and obviously very knowledgeable. 10/10
