Dr Robert Bayer was EXTREMELY professional. I have never talked to a doctor who listened and documented all my symptoms and made me feel he wanted my ENTIRE health to be considered. I spent nearly 30 minutes with him discussing my issues BEFORE he did any checks. Even after the appointment, I reviewed my notes through the MedSpring portal and was pleased to see he identified everything in his notes. It wasn't all for show! I later on called him to ask for a prescription, he wasn't available and I had to leave a message. Though he didn't call me back the same day (kinda sad there) he did call me IMMEDIATELY the next morning to return my call and it was all handled promptly.
This was my first and only experience with him, but to operate a business as such where doctors establish a STRONG baseline of their patients and their previous medical history, it shows leaps and bounds the quality of healthcare here.
Administration here is FAST. My 1st appointment I was the only one in the waiting room, I was admitted immediately as soon as I finished my paperwork. She was literally holding the door open as I signed my paperwork. My 2nd time there I dropped in, I was 5th in line and I was admitted within 20 minutes. That is unbelievable.
