I was in so much pain, but their kindness and compassion was like none I ever experienced in my entire life. I just want to send them basket of fruit, cookies, whatever I can to express my gratitude for taking care of me when I was experiencing the worst pain of my life. Dr. Lolly & his staff ROCKS!! Dr. Lolley is a great doctor. He did my surgery in Dothan in 2002 and to my surprise he has moved to the Birmingham area. He took x-rays and check my hip which I broke in 2002. I was glad he was the Doctor I was able to see. I recently fell and was experiencing a little discomfort in my hip. He took the time to check my hip and talk to me about it.

This was potentially the best doc visit I've ever had, whether in AL or otherwise. I got there about 20 mins before my appt and Lisa, the receptionist, was so sweet. She'd already been friendly just on the phone but we had a nice, brief conversation before I was called in by Wendy 5 mins early. Wendy was just as amicable and she listened intently while I voiced my concerns. Finally, Dr. Lolley came back and had superb bedside manner. He was funny, told some anecdotes about his time in med school, and just generally put me at ease. The best part? I'd been struggling with shoulder pain for 3 mos and had been told by two other docs it was "just soft tissue tear" and would go away soon without over exerting it. Well, I hadn't exerted it at all and Dr. Lolley took a look at the X-ray again and determined it was an issue with the rotator cuff instead. He actually gave me a treatment plan and a little more hope to be back to my usual self. Would certainly recommend he and his staff to anyone and everyone!

I hate needles and figured I would have to get a shot for my wrist issue and sure enough I did. But he made it super easy despite the pain and the whole staff was so nice to make sure I was fine afterwards to stand up without passing out (I’m one of those). He listened to my issue and was highly informative. Absolutely would suggest him to anyone!
