The visit was good. Doctor could have explained what he was doing while evaluating me. I was given a Rx for glasses, but no medical explanation as to why I now need glasses.

Well coordinated among all the providers who saw me at various stages of the process. Everyone was friendly and quite professional in the way they went about their tasks. Minimal wait time between steps. All in all a complete and efficient exam. Just what one hopes for.

The doctor was very nice but I waited over an hour to see the doctor and then I waited an hour while my eyes were dialated

I was very satisfied with my visit. Dr. Ditkoff answered all my questions and did a thorough exam. He also scheduled a follow up visit to recheck my eyes. I felt very well taken care of.

Doctor was very friendly, staff was nice, exam seemed very thorough. I was impressed that I didn't have to wait long. However, I was charged a fee for a refraction test that I wasn't expecting since my insurance covers refraction tests. I am not looking forward to dealing with trying to get it reversed.
The first female doctor that saw me, (Dr. Sarachik I think?) was extremely nice. Very patient and knowledgeable and really took her time until I felt the prescription was right. She explained what was happening, gave me some tips about how my work station may be affecting my eyes. The meeting with Dr. Ditkoff was very brief, but he was nice - I didn't have any issues to discuss and I'd already been waiting for a long time, so the brevity made sense, it was fine.
He's personable, caring and a great doctor. Totally trust him. Entire office is a pleasure. Waiting room can get backed up but he's worth it.
she's good
