One word to summarize my visit is unprofessional. At the front desk, I was asked why I made a visit and the staff actually asked personal health information while in the front area. Then my engagement with the doctor was less than favorable. He had poor bed side manner. He did a poor job of communicating my results and provided no eye contact. Additionally, he talked about me to the staff like I wasn't even in the room. And lastly, when I checked out, I had to ask them for the protective glasses. Definitely avoid this place if at all possible.

Very though my insurance wouldn't pay to get my cataract done had to go to Dr. Akstein he was nasty to me and I lost vision in going back to this dr. Again sorry I had to leave won't trust anyone again but Dr. Goetzinger and my friends daughter went their and he saved her sight during pregnancy

-waited 25 mins before taken back by nurse (despite being on time)
-Waited another 20 mins or so in patient room between nurse and doctor
filled out "checkin documents" on Zocdoc in advance of appointment but then had to fill them in again by hand upon arrival
-sent follow up question to office via messenger patient portal but no response
