Dr. Grossi is a wonderful surgeon and gives excellent, thorough follow-up care. However, the wait times at his office, which he says are due to Mt. Sinai over-scheduling the examining rooms, are unacceptable: 1 hour 35 minutes before vitals were taken, 2 and a half hours before we saw the doctor.
