Dr. Robert James Babuji did his Internship in Internal Medicine in the prestigious University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. He continued as a Resident and completed his Residency Training in Internal Medicine in 1996. He obtained his Board Certification in Internal Medicine in 1997 from the American Board of Internal Medicine. He went on to do a Cardiology Fellowship in Advanced Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplantation in the University of Utah Hospital, L.D.S. Hospital and the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah in 1997. He continued his Cardiology Fellowship Training in the prestigious University of Virginia Health Sciences Center in Charlottesville, Virginia and at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center at Salem, Virginia in 1998 and at California Pacific Medical Center and San Francisco General Hospital( a UCSF Hospital)in San Francisco, California in 1999.
In 2007, he started his own practice in Dallas, TX with a view to providing the best possible health care to his patients, with out compromising his integrity, conscience, principles, his passion to practice the highest standards of medicine, his love and compassion for all human beings and fellow Americans and his Judeo-Christian faith. Hence he named his practice Good Shepherd Heart Care,Pllc.
