Always a pleasure to be treated here; Dr. Keyser is one of my most long-trusted physicians.
He was very sweet, and so was everyone I interacted with. They all helped me immensely and were professional, reassuring, and knowledgable.
Dr. Keyser was rude, short, and condescending. His bedside manner was horrific. I would NEVER return.
I would recommend this doctor. he listened to my needs and concerns. his exam was thrall and very knowledgable.
I felt Dr. Keyser took the time to listen to my problem and then explained the diagnosis and treatment thoroughly. He had a pleasant bedside manner and his nurse was friendly too!
Dr Keyser was professional and personable. I completely trusted his assessment and am grateful for his help.
Dr. Keyser was very professional and thourough. The visit was short (much appreciated).
Great provider! I think I have found my family's new dental home.
I'm a regular patient at this practice and always make my appointments with Dr. Keyser, I appreciate the continuity in care, his personable approach and the thorough exams.
Professional and courteous
He was nice
I have been a patient of Dr. Robert Keyser for several decades and believe he is among the very best ophthalmologists in the Denver metro area. I hope he stays in practice for many years to come!
The entire staff is extremely professional. Dr. Keyser is an excellent Opthamologist and I could not have been happier with my visit. I highly recommend Colorado Opthamology.
I love Dr. Keyser. I have been going to him for years. Great eye doctor.
Office staff friendly but had to wait 10-15 minutes at a couple points: after checking in, after seeing nurse. Doctor genial enough but seemed curt: didn't ask if he could dilate eyes, which I think is a big no no. Didn't perform any advanced tests--puffer machine, retina mapping--even though I was a new patient, because he said I was too young to have issues. While I appreciate the optimism, isn't the point of testing to catch issues ahead of time?
Dr. Keyser seemed very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and clearly outlined the treatment options. He and the office staff were friendly and professional.
Dr. Keyser is a masterful and experience surgeon. I am really happy with my choice to have him perform my Lasik.
The visit was great friendly and welcoming staff and Dr. Keyser was awesome.
I liked my visit. Getting into the back to start the exam took 45 minutes which was frustrating given that I did the paperwork online to speed things up. Once things got rolling, it was good. I wish the doctor would have explained what he was checking as the appt was going along especially since I was a new patient. He did a different version of an eye pressure test and it was different. I wish he would have told me so that I knew what was going on. It worked out fine and he was very nice. I just learned quickly that I have to ask questions because he wasn't volunteering information. Everyone was accommodating though as soon as they learned I had to leave by a certain time for another appt. Really appreciated that!
He was great. You can tell he has a lot of experience
He is a Quite tough doctor
Dr. Keyser was very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend going to him.
I've been seeing Dr. Keyser for 30 years and my parents have been going to him for years as well. His a great doctor and someone I trust with my vision care.
I rarely if ever take the time to offer feedback but was compelled in this instance due to the outstanding experience that I had. I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Keyser. His demeanor was very deliberate, professional and considerate. I would rate him personally, his staff and this facility very high.
The visit with Dr Keyser was extremely professional and helpful. He took care of me very well and provided everything that I needed to get my proper glasses. I felt just a little misled on the fact that the lens provider doesnt in fact take my type of insurance, but then again i never asked i just assumed. Overall the visit was great and would recommend Dr Keyser to others as well.
I liked Dr Keyser. He is not super personal, but the appointment was just fine.
I was 15 minutes early and still didn't get taken back till almost 10 after. I waited at least 5 minutes for the doctor to even come in and he wasn't terribly friendly when he finally did. He dilated my eyes which I am usually offered to opt out of and wasn't planning to do today. I didn't feel I could say no and now I am unable to see the board for my math test. He didn't seem to care how I felt about being surprised by the dilation
Dr. Keyser is a no nonsense and exceptional Ophthamologist. If you are looking for someone who is a top doctor, will tell you directly and clearly where you stand while providing the best possible care then Dr. Keyser is for you. He receives my highest recommendation as a service provider.
Like most eye docs I've been to, Robert seemed like he was in a hurry (I assume due to patient load). But, he was informative, answered my questions, and made responsible recommendations based on the results of my screening.
Very congenial and informative. Also appreciated the staff calling me to offer an apt. a day earlier. Great service!
Good Doc, always professional, extremely competent
Dr. Keyser and his staff were great! I will definitely go there again.
He is a very nice doctor and I am glad I have found him.
Dr. Keyser was great. Very nice and patient. He was extremely committed to getting my prescription right.
Dr. Keyser is as knowledgeable as he is cordial. But I felt like he was a little quick with his patients. It seemed as if he only had five minutes to spend with me before having to hurry off to another exam room. I suppose the fact that his office is so busy is a sign that he is good at what he does. I just would have appreciated a little more time with him, that's all.
A great professional -- quick and good.
Very friendly and professional.
Dr. Keyser is an excellent Optometrist. He asks appropriate questions and listens to your responses. He is candid and direct. Dr. Keyser completed my lasik process exactly as described and has followed up with all post procedure checkups. My vision continues to be superb.
