Dr Kruger himself is good, the wait times at the office are not. Would recommend him as a general physician though, and his responses to questions using the online portal are usually great.

I greatly appreciate Dr. Kruger's expert care and skill. He and his staff are highly professional and courteous, including genuine apologies for the unexpected extra wait for my appointment. Most importantly, Dr. Kruger caught some subtle potentially significant health issues in his thorough exam, and he has provided quick detailed follow up and advice to me. I am very fortunate to have become a new patient of Dr. Kruger.

He shows a lack of empathy and compassion. I felt rushed and did not really feel that I was listened to. He let me know up front the constraints and time he had with me. Completed lab work and my results showed that I was alittle over normal range, but he did not offer any advice I can reduce my level through diet or supplement. He provided no education. Very cold and somber.

I felt rush and did sense a real concern for the things I was concerned with. Coming to a new Dr and having to wait about 3 mos to see him just get "Im only doing certain blood work because this a 30minute consultant" turned me off. My family also visited with him and felt his lack concern and was very sassy. This Dr. even forgot to give me a a major referral that I asked for.

This was my first visit with Dr. Kruger and I was very, very pleased. I have an extensive medical history and it was clear he had read my charts before my appointment. He listened patiently and alertly to my concerns, never rushing me and asking pertinent follow on questions.
He was very clear in his comments and guidance to me and in discussing the path forward. He took the time to answer my follow on questions clearly and to my satisfaction without ever once making me feel I was imposing on his time.
It's my experience that doctors like Dr. Kruger are rare these days and when you find one you feel you have struck gold. I struck gold.

I've been looking for a primary care physician (not urgent care doctors who pretend to be primary care) and I think I've found him. Dr. Kruger was excellent. Very friendly but also professional and reassuring. He is very thorough at taking down your information and asking questions and listens to everything you have to say. He also does a thorough examine and makes you feel like he takes your health seriously--because he obviously does. The logistics of the appointment were also great. The woman at the check-out counter could have been friendlier, as well as the nurse assistant who checked me into the examining room, but everyone else was very nice. The lab on the ground floor where you get sent for blood work is a little sketchy, but even with one person on duty, they move people through quickly enough.

Dr. Kruger is amazing! I have been working with him since 2008 when my bronchitis landed me in the ER. He was referred to me by the ER doctor and I have never looked back. He is one of the very few doctors who listens, who tries to understand the whole picture, and who genuinely wants to help you. My favorite thing is that he will investigate thoroughly as opposed to dismissing your claims or just making a diagnosis without the facts. He is, by far, the best doctor that I have ever had!

Dr. Kruger took the time to gather information about myself and examine me. I was going to get established with a new doctor and even though I was not scheduled for a physical he did much of that during this appointment so we'll only have to finish a little of it in a future visit. He had done some lab work and while they sent me a copy of the report via mail he also called to talk to me about some of the results. From what I can tell so far he will be a good doctor.

This was my second visit and due to the weather today I was told the doctor arrived late and was behind. He must have caught up because it didn't take long to get into a room and then for him to come in. I like the fact that he listens to what I have to say and doesn't shoot it down right away as some doctors do. He is good about taking notes and making sure he understands what you're explaining if he's not sure or it is complicated. I was in for pneumonia (originally diagnosed at an urgent care, this was a follow-up) and we came to a good plan together and he made sure I knew to call if I got worse.

Overall my experience with Dr. Kruger was great. This was my first visit with him and there was an emergency in the office all of his patients scheduled times were late. His staff kept everyone informed about the delay. But overall very good experience.
