When I arrived at Pearl Vision they explained that Dr. Lamonsoff had retired but that there was another doctor available that I could see. The office staff had no record of my appointment because it was made throughout Zoc Doc and they don't have good systems in place for confirming appointments made that way. After some initial red flags things turned around quickly. They made space for me and I was seen within 5 minutes. The resident doctor had me try multiple kinds of contacts until I found the perfect fit and the office staff helped me find the best rebate and insurance payment combo to meet my financial needs. Will return.

I think the office is great and very organized. Dr. Lamonosoff exam was very clear and well explained. The girls that helped me pick my glasses were very helpful.
