Dr Pfeiffer was very nice and the staff was nice as well. Doctor was a good listener.
The only thing I would critique is cleanliness. The machine that you use to read out letters had two different shades of foundation on It and I was skeptical putting my face on all of their machines after that. I would also wish the doctor wore gloves when touching eyes.

Overall I'm very happy with the experience. The office was conveniently located. The wait time was reasonable. Dr. Pfeiffer was professional, calm and accommodating. I'm definitely going back to her!
