Dr Roberto was very courteous. He listened to all the problems I had. Did a thorough check up. He did use the scope on me to make sure I had no lingering issues.
He did seem to be knowledgeable and had the exact diagnosis for me.
His office staff explained the costs to me before I went in for the procedure.

Dr. Roberto Larrivey completed his medical school in Argentina at Buenos Aires University in 1974. His postgraduate training was completed in the United States. This includes a two year internship at St. Rafael - New Haven - affiliated with Yale University. His 4-year residency in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery was at the University of Vermont. Dr. Larrivey was involved in a solo practice for 17 years in Michigan. He maintained a busy practice in otolaryngology affiliated with Memorial Healthcare Center.
He has a broad interest in the specialty including pediatric problems related to ear/hearing and throat problems and adult problems including nasal/sinus and ear/hearing problems. He also has extensive experience in a variety of surgical procedures related to the specialty. He speaks Spanish and English and is affiliated with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite, Northside Hospital, and Wellstar Kennestone Hospital.

Doctor seemed competent, knowledgeable. I was dealing with a difficult case that perhaps wasn't related to his specialty, so it complicated things a bit. I'd trust going to him for an ENT issue.

For over a year I miserable with severe vertigo. Other doctors slapped "Meniere's Disease" on me and gave me antivert and left me. They seemed satisfied with treating the symptoms and not trying to fix the issue. At 21 I couldn't go out in public, go on dates, drink alcohol, go to concerts nothing. I was absolutely miserable and it started impacting my job. Dr. Larrivey was determined to figure out what was actually wrong. He did a myriad of tests and by the end of it he figured out I have BPPV. He did an epley manuever and I havent had vertigo since. He seriously improved my quality of life so much. He seemed to actually care about my life and me as a human being. I'm forever thankful to him. I can finally have a normal life again.

I throughly enjoyed my visit with him! He's funny and personable. He's seemed very knowledgable and I did not feel rushed at all. However, I would just call and make an appointment rather than use Zocdocs again. They had me scheduled for the wrong time and I still had to fill out paper work. Luckily, they were able to still squeeze me in. Great doctor, terrible website.

The visit was fine. The problem was when I got there they said they had not received any thing from ZocDoc and I had no appointment scheduled. I showed them the text message I had received from you but still had to fill out all the papers again. Then had to wait so they could fit me in. Probably will not use your service again.

As a matter-of-fact I made it a point to let Dr. Larrivey know that out of all of the doctor's offices I've been to, I found his team as well as himself to be the best! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted in a friendly manner and didn't feel like I was inconveniencing the receptionist. The nurse (Denise) was very professional yet, she and I had an actual converstation that had nothing to do with my visit, and everyone else who helped me was so down to earth! I loved the diversity of the group. Dr. Larrivey was very thorough in his examination and explanation of what my problem was. He walked me through every process of the procedure he was doing and it was a breeze. No one likes to go to the doctor's, but this was a pleasant experience.
