Doctor seemed competent, knowledgeable. I was dealing with a difficult case that perhaps wasn't related to his specialty, so it complicated things a bit. I'd trust going to him for an ENT issue.
Dr. Larrivey was great, he was thorough, medicated me right on the spot and actually provided me with medicine that helps the condition of my ears!
Short wait upon check in. The nurse was nice. Dr. Larrivey was pleasant and knowledgeable. He ran multiple tests and was able to explain my symptoms and next steps to my satisfaction. He was also patient. I did not feel rushed at all. I would visit again for ENT needs. Thank you
Dr. Larrivey was knowledgeable and handled us with perfect care. I would definitely come back.
I really like Dr. Larrivey. He is a great ENT. Only negative to report is the front staff. Not respectful, not friendly, major attitudes, rude. It seems like these front office ladies hate their jobs.
Zero bedside manner, dirty office, front desk staff was wonderful tho!
Very nice person
Impressed great personality and detailed in explaining !
For over a year I miserable with severe vertigo. Other doctors slapped "Meniere's Disease" on me and gave me antivert and left me. They seemed satisfied with treating the symptoms and not trying to fix the issue. At 21 I couldn't go out in public, go on dates, drink alcohol, go to concerts nothing. I was absolutely miserable and it started impacting my job. Dr. Larrivey was determined to figure out what was actually wrong. He did a myriad of tests and by the end of it he figured out I have BPPV. He did an epley manuever and I havent had vertigo since. He seriously improved my quality of life so much. He seemed to actually care about my life and me as a human being. I'm forever thankful to him. I can finally have a normal life again.
Pleasant, to the point and effective.
Very kind man with compassion and was very understanding of what needs to be done with my daughter
Very happy with my visit. Dr. Larrivey is very nice and genuinely caring. He took his time to really listen to me which is not always easy to find.
Good friendly doctor
The doctor's office claimed they never received the checkin documents I filled out on Zocdoc.
It was a last minute appointment and the staff thought my appt time was 1:30 instead of 1:00, so I wasn't at all concerned since they were making the time to see me the same day as requested. This staff is very knowledgeable and I had comforting news.
Very nice and knowledgeable
Excellent visit. Great wait time. Hearing test handled quickly. Follow-up, feedback, and next steps helpful.
He was superb!!!
The doctor patiently took time to explain
I throughly enjoyed my visit with him! He's funny and personable. He's seemed very knowledgable and I did not feel rushed at all. However, I would just call and make an appointment rather than use Zocdocs again. They had me scheduled for the wrong time and I still had to fill out paper work. Luckily, they were able to still squeeze me in. Great doctor, terrible website.
Very caring and concerned. My problem is a life changing one and he is helping me through it. I am a "newcomer" to Atlanta and he will be my go to for ENT. Thank you for your help in finding me this qualified individual.
Extremely helpful. Referred me to Emory doctor for my special needs. Thank you.
He is great
Very professional not a long wait at all
The doctor took time out to listen to all my concerns and educate me. He also provided me more literature as well to take home and read.
The visit was fine. The problem was when I got there they said they had not received any thing from ZocDoc and I had no appointment scheduled. I showed them the text message I had received from you but still had to fill out all the papers again. Then had to wait so they could fit me in. Probably will not use your service again.
Besides the change in time of the appointment because they were "overbooked," it was perfectly fine and very efficient. He solved the problem right away.
Dr Larrivey took the time to actually clean out my ear instead of simply prescribing medication.
Very friendly staff. The doctor gave me enough time to explain my health condition.
As a matter-of-fact I made it a point to let Dr. Larrivey know that out of all of the doctor's offices I've been to, I found his team as well as himself to be the best! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted in a friendly manner and didn't feel like I was inconveniencing the receptionist. The nurse (Denise) was very professional yet, she and I had an actual converstation that had nothing to do with my visit, and everyone else who helped me was so down to earth! I loved the diversity of the group. Dr. Larrivey was very thorough in his examination and explanation of what my problem was. He walked me through every process of the procedure he was doing and it was a breeze. No one likes to go to the doctor's, but this was a pleasant experience.
The wait was very short, the price was lower than I expected. The staff was very nice, friendly and answered any questions I had in a professional manner.
Very great doctor! I had my tonsils and adenoids removed a few weeks ago , lots of pain, but glad i did it!
I will absolutely see him again and if I hear of anyone having ENT issues I will recommend him no questions asked. He's my ENT rock star.
I will be back! He's great!
Very knowledgeable and puts patients at ease.
Very kind staff and doctor.
It was a very good and informative visit
I booked an appointment through ZOcDoc for 9:30 only to find out his office had me down for 10;15. I missed a lot of time at work and office staff kept blaming me. Not sure I would go back or use ZocDoc again.
