The doctor is fast and efficient, the pace of getting in is horrible, had a 10am appointment got into the room arpund 11:15am then another 15 mins before the doctor came in. He was in the room with me a total.of about 10 min. Its horrible to wait in an office for over an hour just to get into the room. This has happened everytime iv been there. Iv also waited close to an hour to have to leave and reschedule. That next appointment I came in and left to then have to come back an hour later to be seen. Again doctor is wonderful the waiting and being overbooked s horrible

don't get me wrong I really like Dr. Robert but if you planning to make an appointment on phone or even trying to call them forget about it, you will never ever reach them. I don't understand, you can't make an appointment online and they never pick up phone how people make an appointment with Dr. Robert. I trying everyday and every 5mins to reach out the stuff member, going to be busy line or call back office hours which I'm calling those hours. They also have emergency services, so I always leave my messages to them so many times and no one get back to me. I did ask the staff, what the reason behind not picking up phone and I get answer back was they have so many patients and receive so many phone calls everyday. Why they don't hire some one who only handle calls. Unbelievable

He is very nice and spends time with you. He even does all the bloodworm and take your own vital sign. He is very thorough and efficient .highly recommendable.all the staff are friendly and nice.

While I was only there for a physical, this doctor was not thorough at all. Seemed to think since I was young he didn't need to do much, barely asking me any questions. He also took a phone call in the middle of my exam and sneezed all over his desk without covering it up. I'll be going somewhere next year.

Do not even bother going to see this doctor. His office is on a side of a home. You walk into an crowded waiting room that is filthy. The check in desk has a large couch infront of it, so you need to scream over people who are sitting down. Staff will not acknowledge you upon your arrival. It seemed that I traveled to a 3rd world country when I entered into the "office"!

I think my answers best describe it, It was not good. Bedside manner was awful. This guy didn't crack a smile the entire time I was present. Which made me uncomfortable being there and sharing my issues with him. I would not refer anyone to him. The only positive about my time spent with this doctor was that I was the only patient there(wonder why) and it was short but certainly not sweet.

Except for the short wait (which is common) I would recommend others to Dr. Parangi as their PCP. The staff was very friendly and the office was clean.
