Doctor and his staff were great. Truly great, everything from experience to docs knowledge.
The lab side was not so great, with the exception of Maria (don’t know last name) that drew my blood. As I was getting to the lab, young lady passed me by and said “back in an hour”. It was 1pm. I asked if I heard that right and she said yup. Asked if there’s anyone else that can help me as I need to go back to work and she said nope.
As I got myself ready to wait given no choice, Maria showed up and drew my blood in the most professional way. Took her 5 min. Maria was great, doctor and his side of the building was also great. Young girl from the lab need to be taught manners and professionalism.

Every time I see Dr. Bob we have a great time. He admonishes me about having a flu shot and I get terrific advice on how to stay alive and improve my quality thereof. This doctor is a gem. When he retires the medical community in the greater Chicago area will lose a stellar member and a priceless resource.

Dr. Passovoy has no peer in diagnosing infirmities. I had been diagnosed as having arthritis in my right knee by another physician (who will remain nameless). Dr. Passovoy correctly diagnosed the problem as bursitis. With that information and the information on treatment I was given, I should be able to resume exercising in a way that does not exacerbate my condition.
