“The Doctor / nurse was great. !
I made an appointment overnight on a Friday night/Saturday morning. I was seeing right away on Saturday. I did Not wait at all.
The only thing is, the receptionist girl was really quiet. She did not have much to say. I sat down twice and she asked for another piece of paperwork.
Same thing with the girl who checked me in. I didn’t know what she was saying very well because the mask was covering her face, she spoke to quietly and Not loud enough, I didn’t know what she was saying.
The doctors staff very knowledgeable, really good and I would 100% go back here again!!!”

Doctor treated us very racist, I asked him as a favor for change of medication from pills to liquid as she has a Gtube he raised his voice at me and didn’t want to do his job so we walked out, very very unprofessional. Once he noticed I was upset he tried to calm down but I already had packed my stuff to leave. My daughter has cerebral palsy non verbal I am her voice was treated horrible. Dr Abou-Rass, Fakar. Is a racist

I met with Lou, he’s the first doctor to actually take his time and listen to me to help me find answers and get me on track to better health. I will most definitely be coming back. The staff was polite, friendly, and very personable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you all!

At the very most they could have called me back and told me they're not taking me on Uber had no driver so I had to wait. I really believe you should have the decency to call back and explain not in a freaking text. When you have rheumatoid arthritis you look for any kind of help that will make life better but I was really disappointed they didn't call me back and explain it.. since I have no medical knowledge the very least you could have called me back not happy with you folks

I wasn’t feeling well, so I made an appointment—knowing right away this wasn’t a typical cold. I went in, saw the doctor, and he ran some tests. Since I was a bit dehydrated, he started IVs.
Sure enough… COVID. In 2026. Yep—still around.
I was in and out, but if I went to the ER would of spent a good 6-8 hours there but not here. I was in and out in about an hour or so. He sent my medications straight to the pharmacy and made sure everything was covered.
Hands down, this doctor is one of the best I’ve ever had. I believe his name is Dr. Lori Arekat—truly best of the best, and honestly one of the reasons I keep going there. Grateful for great care when it matters most. ??

My insurance did not cover the visit, but since I was out of state, that did not particularly surprise me. The wait for the doctor after his assistant completed the preliminaries was unnecessarily long. The doctor himself, however, was entirely professional, pleasant, and reassuring. He explained my options thoroughly. In the end, I was glad that I chose to visit the office.
