Dr. Robert Terrill has decades of dermatological experience in the Dallas-Plano area. He was the first dermatologist to open a practice in Plano and has been treating patients since 1976. Dr. Terrill has cared for hundreds of thousands of patients with sun damaged skin, acne, warts, spots, eczema, psoriasis and other ailments. Additionally, he applies his extensive knowledge of the skin and muscles in the face to provide Botox, Restalyne, Jeuvederm, chemical peels and other elective skin care treatments. His years of experience in dermatology are a unique benefit to those seeking cosmetic procedures. Dr. Terrill’s patients receive expert care thanks to his number of years as a dermatologist and his high-quality education.
Dr. Terrill attended Southern Methodist University and is a graduate of UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. He completed his internship at Baylor Hospital in Dallas and his residency in Dermatology at Emory in Atlanta.
Dr. Terrill lives in Plano with his wife, Minerva, of nearly 40 years. Together they spend their time volunteering in their church and raising money for research on the genetic disorder neurofibromatosis.

One of the most important thing to improve customer experience is to be responsive and avoid delays and long wait times. We had to wait for an hour before we saw the doctor.
One must be mindful of the fact that time is money for everyone and we should respect the customers time and the least the staff should do is proactively communicate on the delays instead of customer having to reach out. We spent only about 5 mins with the Doctor and I can only post a detailed review once I have seen improvement based on the medication that has been provided.

My only complaint is the office needs to fax percriptions to your pharmacy. I barely have time to come in for a doctors appointment, but now I have to drop off my percription and pick it up. That's two additional trips that are hard for me to make time for. Ever other doctors office offers this service.
