Unlike traditional medical practices, the Internet Medical Clinics combines a physical medical clinic with web-based consultation to help patients manage their medical needs on their own schedules. Through a novel system called the Virtual Healthcare Delivery System (VDHS), doctors at the Internet Medical Clinics have access to their patients’ complete medical records and can offer top-notch medical care remotely. Thanks to Dr. Robert Zayas’ innovative concept, countless patients have received quality medical care at a lower cost and with more convenience and efficiency. Dr. Zayas has patented his method of medical care under the patent number 6,850,889. While at Harvard University, Dr. Robert Zayas received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with cum laude honors. After graduating from Harvard, Dr. Robert Zayas enrolled in the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, obtaining his Doctor of Medicine. Dedicated to his continued professional growth, Dr. Robert Zayas is active in a variety of local, state, and national medical organizations, including the American Medical Association (AMA), the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMMS), and the Hispanic American Medical Association of Houston. In his free time, Dr. Robert Zayas takes pleasure in reading and world travel. Over the course of his life, Dr. Robert Zayas has visited countries throughout Europe, South America, and Asia. Dr. Zayas also enjoys giving back to his community, actively donating to a number of organizations, including The 100 Club, the MD Anderson Cancer Center, the DePelchin Children's Center, Ronald McDonald House, and Child Advocates, Inc.
