Overall not a bad experience, his front office could use some personal and professional skills. I've been here several times and each time I sense they do not have a passion for what they do. They are missing the compassion part of this industry dealing with sick people takes a special type of characteristic that they lack. I will say the back of the house Nurses and Doctors seem to be professional and caring. They take the time to listen to you fully which is what patients need and desire.
