Very down to business and quick. Though I wouldn't say my experience was warm or personable he was definitely quick and got me the medicine that I needed, so I was satisfied and would probably recommend him for that reason.

Dr. Kim completed two residency programs in both Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine and is board certified in both specialties. Dr. Kim received his Internal Medicine training at The New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens and Lincoln Hospital of Medicine and Mental Services to complete his Emergency Medicine residency.
Dr Kim is an Assistant Professor Clinical Professor at Cornell Weill Medical School and teaches medical students and doctors in training at The New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens. His fourteen years at New York Hospital Medical center of Queens is reflective of his dedication to the medical students, doctors in training, patients and to the various communities of Queens.
Dr. Kim is committed to both Medical Missions and Christian faith based leadership organizations. He traveled to North Korea to teach ultrasound techniques to the local physicians and deliver toys and medical supplies to both villages and orphanages. Dr. Kim hopes to take a more active role in providing aid to the impoverished and disenfranchised.
Dr. Kim is a member of American College of Emergency Physicians and was recently invited for Fellowship to this organization.

Well this is an urgent care clinic and even though I made an appointment with robin Kim he wasn't actually in. You will get to see whatever doctor is available.

Staff is excellent. They listen. They have great attitudes and they take amazing care. This was my second visit and both times, all things considered, were great.

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, and the nurse was easy to talk to. When I met with the doctor (one of Dr. Kim's colleagues), he had a great personality and made me feel very comfortable. I left feeling better than I had in days, and with a prescription that was filled within the 5 minutes it took me to walk from the doctor's to the pharmacy. This was easily the best doctor experience I've had to date.

Waited 90 minutes to fill a prescription. Went to fill the prescription and was told it was 1/2 the strength and 1/2 the dosage I have been using for 10 years and told them I needed. Called the doctor's office 4 times, left 3 messages. Was told on numerous times someone would address this issue without response. They are overworked, understaffed and unprofessional. Avoid!

Dr. Kim was great--very nice, thorough and accommodating. He knew I was feeling miserable and got me on my way to get medicine and head home quickly, which was much appreciated. The nurse (I unfortunately didn't catch her name) and receptionists up front were friendly and helpful too.
