Because of my recent organ failure diagnosis and multiple other complex diagnoses, I moved from Texas to St. Augustine, FL. After much research into local doctors, I was thrilled to find Dr. Rodney Marcum. Today, I had my first appointment with him, and much to my delight, I found Dr. Marcum to be the ideal doctor for me. Questions that I had asked my multiple doctors and specialists and received no response or was ignored, Dr. Marcum answered without asking my questions. Before I was diagnosed with organ failure, I was so close to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, and I know what doctors should be assessing and addressing with my ailments, and I am so thankful I finally have found a doctor who meets and surpasses all of my expectations. I can breathe a sigh of relief! Thank you, Dr. Marcum and team!

The doctor might be fine, but the alarm bells were ringing for me after the first phone call from the office staff. They are rude, uncaring, unhelpful, impolite, impatient, immature, and have no business ever being anywhere near a patient in a medical setting. Worst office experience EVER for a doctor's office.
Doctor's paperwork also establishes tht they have a very set morality and if you don't fir that morality, you probably won't be their patient. So if you have complicated medical history for any reason? Don't book with this physician. Run. Find someone else.

Dr. Marcom really listened to me and spent time with me....there was no rush to just treat me and get me out the door. He talked through a treatment plan that was matched to my circumstances and concerns. I needed to see a doctor quickly which is why I initially chose him but I will definitely be seeing him as my primary going forward, I felt that reassured by him immediately. Highly recommend Dr. Marcom and his staff.

As a new patient, I’m always a little skeptical but when I met Dr. Marcom, he changed that feeling! He was incredibly nice and informative about my medical history. His staff was also very nice and all the way around, I was very happy with my visit and experience.

I searched for awhile for a doctor like Dr. Marcom after I moved to Jacksonville 11 years ago. Once I found Dr. Marcom I've stayed. His back manipulations have relieved my pain numerous times. He always hit the mark on his determinations. He takes his time and listens to patient concerns and questions. The wait time might be a little long at times but trust me is worth it.
