Aloysius "AL" Bisong Jr., MS, PA-C is an experienced Physician Assistant with more than 20 years of clinical experience in primary care and urgent care. He is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based healthcare and helping patients achieve their best possible health through personalized, patient-centered care.
Al earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and practices at Horizon Medical Clinic in Sanford, Florida, in collaboration with his supervising physician, Dr. Alexander Evans. He provides comprehensive primary care, urgent care, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, men's health services, medical weight loss, minor office procedures, and convenient telehealth visits.

This dr was very flirty and inappropriate with his words. Then tried to swindle me by telling me I never put my medicaid id number in therefore i owe him. for a very u comfortable inappropriate appointment. He asked how tall I am which I answered 5'7. He replied with "ohhhhh!! You very tall for woman eh?!....are you a model?? You look like one......

Every time I go I have a great experience and it’s always so fast. I always feel like I am well taken care of here and really listened to. I can always get an appointment time that works for me and they are so accommodating here.
I am also losing weight and feeling healthier with his help. I have never felt judged about it my health, just encouraged. I am feeling so much better and confident in myself now. Great experience all around!

I had a great experience at Horizon Medical Clinic. I was seen quickly without an appointment, and the staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly. The facility was clean and well organized, and the entire process was smooth from check-in to discharge. I truly appreciate the efficient and compassionate care.
