Dr Smith was excellent - I cannot recommend him enough. Tremendously experienced with a calming bedside manner. Dr Smith gave me simple, practical instructions - no fuss - and conducted what could have been a painful (given I had a foreign object right next to my ear drum) cleaning of my ear canal with utmost care. I felt very comfortable during the entire procedure and am now completely pain free.
A special shout out to the wonderful Mary Ellen, Dr Smith's receptionist. Such a warm, lovely person who makes you comfortable right away.
I can't believe I'm saying this - but I look forward to my next ear canal inspection!

Dr. Smith helped me with my ear clogging issue immediately and I couldn't be more thankful for his service and professionalism. Besides the clinical acumen, he and Mary Ellen, his front desk office manager, were very pleasant to talk to. We had lovely conversations all around. Admittedly, the office had a bit of old school, nostalgic ambiance but the service was excellent and I will be setting up my follow up soon. Thank you Dr. Smith and Mary-Ellen.

Dr. Smith was very caring, and he had read the information regarding my current medications, and medical history since I had last seen him before he saw me.. He explained everything he was going to do, and told me that I should let him know if the instrument he was going to use on me hurt or bothered me. It was a bit uncomfortable, so he waited a bit and put the instrument in my other nostril., which was much better. He explained what the results of the instrument were, and suggested an OTC drug, and what to expect from it. I am very glad that I saw him for my problem.

Not a pleasant one. The Receptionist is nice and accomodating. The Dr. was nice too but the two of them ( Receptionist and Dr.) were not wearing face mask at that time. No mask while doing the. Ear, Nose and Throat exam inside the Exam Room which made me worried. Was worried but courteous enough not to tell them. Hoping that they were Covid19 negative. The unpleasant one is the Exam Room - old exam equipment, medical instruments and cabinet and not so clean exam room accessories.
I decided to consult the Dr. cuz I was looking for an ENT Dr. due to my hearing loss but was told that “I am not the right Dr for you”.
Wasted my time.

Dr. Smith is experienced and to the point. His treatment was exactly what was needed, nothing more and nothing less. Him and his staff are kind of professional.
I went in because my ear got blocked after taking a shower. He diagnosed that I had excess wax in both ears. In one ear, the wax was all the way down in my ear canal and stuck to my ear drum. He delicately unblocked my ear as much as he could with a suction device and then asked me to use an ear drop and come back in 5 days to clear the rest. In the second appointment, he quickly cleared the remaining wax in both ears with no pain.

Dr. Smith is the best doctor I've visited over the years across all specialties I've seen. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and very competent in his domain.
He is also very caring - truly cares about his patients and very patient to answer all the questions I had (unlike at some office visits they seem to try to rush you out).
The office staff Mary is also very welcoming, nice and competent. I had a very short wait time so the scheduling was highly reasonable.
I would not hesitant to recommend Dr. Smith and his office to anyone in need to see a ENT doctor.
