Downtown Medical Group may also request a credit card to be placed on file, as we charge $75.00 for any appointments cancelled or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

When I arrived to the appointment and I told the appointment was cancelled. I was given no notice and had no communication from the office it was cancelled. The doctor was rude and unreceptive when I tried to explain I had confirm appointment twice. She said “ I don’t know what you want me to say, your appointment is cancelled.” Just overall unprofessional.

I was desperate for a same day appointment and Dr. Grenier and her staff made room to fit me in when their calendar was already full.
The staff and Dr. Grenier were kind, happy, and considerate. Visiting the doctors office during COVID was a bit scary, but I felt very comfortable here.

There were a lot of mixed reviews about this Doctor's office but I had an appointment with Dr. Grenier and she was amazing!! I am very picky about who I see and she really made me feel more comfortable and was very helpful! The nurses in the office are also all very friendly. My appointment started 10-15 minutes late so it wasn't too bad of a wait either!

I saw Dr. Grenier for my annual physical. It's normally difficult to get these appointments because a lot of the other offices get booked up weeks in advance. When I got to the waiting room, there were 5 other people waiting. It's difficult enough to make time for health check-ups during work hours so I was hoping to be seen on time. This wasn't the case because there was a back log and I waited 1.5 hours until I was seen, making me extremely late for work. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, but when I had my follow-up appointment to go over lab results, the wait was over an hour again so this is just how this office works. Either overbooking or taking too many walk-ins.
The other issue with the visit was that Dr. Grenier asked me if I had any pain/problems to address. When I told her I did, she billed me for my annual physical as well as a regular office visit. I don't know if this is the normal process, but I felt like she was trying to swindle me.
The last problem I had, which was very unprofessional was that she went over the lab results with me after my physical (2nd appointment) and told me I was low in iron. I asked her what food items I should be eating more to increase my iron level and she told me to Google it. Why would I waste +2 hrs out of work and pay money to have someone tell me to Google this information if she's the expert.

The doctor was nice but this office is really scammy and makes me question what she was involved in.
Legitimately the worst clinic office have been to. They were late about 40 mins. They bill for everything including asking you about how you are and then charge you for it. My blue cross blue shield even said my doctor was charging every single code possible and thankfully my insurance was able to cover most of it. They also try to get you to come in to get your lab results which most insurance don't cover unless you have something wrong with you. As a patient I really should be entitled to see my results.
I rather not go get my results from normal blood work as who knows what other bills will come thru. The billing department here was not helpful at all and they don't really remind you about appointments. I 100% do not recommend going to this doctor's office.
Read everything you sign and make sure your insurance is covering it since they will try to run random exams on you that they probably know are not covered if you just go in for a preventative care appointment. I think they just invoice and harass you to the point you just pay (which I did) since it's so complicated and useless to get them to fix anything. I feel bad for my insurance company.

Dr. Greiner was very personable and easy to talk to. Parts of the physical, including the lab work, seemed very thorough. There were times where I wish she spent more time discussing my history or specific concerns. Compared to doctors I've had previously, I did not feel like she asked a lot of specific follow-up questions.
As part of the physical, they take blood at the office, and ask you to come back a week later to discuss the results. I was a little dissapointed that I needed to take time off work to come back for a mid-day appointment, especially since it was a very brief appointment since my results were all normal. I'm not sure why I needed to come in.
During my follow-up appointment, I was also very thrown off that the office had done their research on additional shots/vaccinations that my insurance covers. I did mention I had travelled years ago, but they said I have great insurance and should consider getting some additional, seemingly rare, vaccinations. I could be way off - perhaps they were just doing their homework - but I felt like they did more research on what additional vaccinations my insurance would cover than research for the existing conditions I came in to discuss. I left not feeling very good about that entire situation.

Dr. Grenier is wonderful. She addressed my issues and didn't dismiss my symptoms as other doctors have done before. I genuinely felt like she cared about what was going on with my health and it made me feel great. I haven't walked out of an appointment and felt that way in a really long time. If you are lucky enough to get an appointment with her, you should do it.
