She seemed very rude to me. The whole time during my visit in her room, she showed me her back and she was working on computer on her own. Did not even come close to me to examine which i expected as a new patient. I am very disappointed by her behavior.

I was 45 minutes earlier because I am a new patient. However, service was wonderful. Loved the staff and doctors. The only thing I felt a little uncomfortable with is that I saw Dr. Vatti and she had I think an "assistant." Wasn't expecting that. Her assistant did most of the work and I was expecting for Dr. Vatti to do all the work since I chose this doctor you know? But both were very professional and caring. I just didn't want 2 people checking me. I feel uncomfortable as it is you know? So that's the only concern I have. But now I know for next time.

This wait was the shortest I've ever had for a OB/GYN in NYC and shorter than normal for this office. I have had appointments with other doctors in this health center but Dr. Vatti has been the most pleasant to talk to and easy to understand.
The appointment did seem a little rushed though (as are most appointments in this health clinic)

I think my wait time was due to the fact that I was a new patient but other than that the staff is great. Very friendly and helpful. Dr. Vatti is delightful and took the time to know me and my concerns.

The office smelled like an Asian restaurant. It was pretty stuffy. I also waited for an hour. The doctor did not even do the examining it was like her mother or someone else she just talked. Not sure why she has such high reviews. I would never go back here.

The waiting area has lots of comfortable seats, water dispenser, and magazines. My appointment was at 9am. I arrived at 8:45am, filled out paper work and at 9am I was seen by the doctor. She is very nice and thorough. She asked a lot of background questions, did her work and I was out of the office by 9:30am. I will definitely recommend Dr. Vatti and this office to everyone.
