Called to schedule bloodwork. The front desk cannot take an appointment or find a request for bloodwork in their system. They are asking me to follow her schedule to call her and get an appointment for bloodwork. What’s the point in having a front desk? Zero
customer service.

I wouldn’t recommend this doctor to my worst enemy. She has terrible bedside manners, to say the least. I left the visit feeling the smallest I’ve felt in my entire life. I went in for a “physical” but at no point did she ever get up from her desk. I was never even touched. The visit was a series of reasonable questions whose answers were either interrupted or met with extreme judgment. She also refused to do any bloodwork because I “came too late”. Her tone was very anger and accusatory. To be clear, I was 15 mins EARLY to my appointment but she prefers a physical appointment scheduled earlier in the day. If a physical can’t be done at 3pm, why would they schedule it? If I could describe her in one word, it would be condescending. You couldn’t pay me to go back here.

She was really professional and friendly. She hsndled my visit like a pro, knew what she was doing and discussed my health with me, made me feel very comfortable. I had a stroke n she knew what to steps i needed to take in my recovery. Wrote a lot of notes. Will def return and make her my PCP permanently. So happy to have found her. She is like the grandmother u didn’t know u needed. Warm n sharp.

The office staff was friendly and helpful. I was seen right away. Dr. Khalid is a god listener and gave me all of the scripts I needed in order to get all of yearly check ups plus a chest x-ray to figure out why I have a chronic cough. I highly recommend this office and doctor.

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Nazneen Khalid. She is incredibly nice and took the time to explain everything to me clearly, ensuring I understood all the necessary tests and procedures. Dr. Khalid is the first doctor who made me feel completely comfortable, taking her time to explain everything and guiding me through all the necessary tests. The staff is also welcoming and friendly. I’m delighted to transfer all my files to Dr. Khalid. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Khalid was THE most impatient doctor I have ever met. She does not like being asked questions when they are concerned about their health. At that point, I do not understand why she is a doctor if she does not care about her patients. She makes rude remarks and ended my appointment with a “I’m done with you” comment. I promise you that all I did was ask questions politely.
However, the front desk workers were phenominal and beyond great. They were helpful and patient with me after my stressful appointment with Khalid.

The doctor was professional and knowledgeable.
The office is in a great location...easy parking.
However, the wait time (`1 hour) was unacceptable on my first appointment. I did express my disappointment with the doctor. Therefore, I did not wait the second time around.

Dr Nazneen Khalid was amazing. Very helpful and no wait time! The ladies in the front were also very helpful, the check in process was fast even though I was a first time patient. Those 3 people were kind and thorough, I would highly recommend. Also parking was great and beautiful neighborhood ?

The wait time was a little longer than I would have liked but she was worth it. Dr. Khalid is so friendly and kind. I did not feel judged by her and I feel like she took the time to get to know me. I did not feel rushed. I will be keeping her as my PCP.
