ZocDoc failed to inform me that this Doctor works at an ER. While I’m sure Dr. Bryce is a great doctor, I didn’t get to see him because my “appointment” doesn’t mean much when you walk into an emergency room.

Everyone that works here is a dream. I have never been so amazingly treated in my entire life. The receiptionsit was wonderful and the nurse was even better!! The doctor was kind and very thorough and you can just tell everyone who works here loves their job and their patients!!

Ron Bryce, MD is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians and a diplomat of the American Board of Family Practice. He is a graduate of Oral Roberts University School of Medicine and completed residency training at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth. Dr. Bryce serves on the board of directors for several charitable organizations providing relief in third world countries.
He is currently the Texas representative for the Christian Medical and Dental Associations and served on the Texas Physician Assistant Board for several years. Dr. Bryce serves as a staff physician at Advance ER in Park Cities and Preston Hollow providing emergency medical care. Dr. Bryce and his wife Lydia have four children.

This is actually an Emergency Room, not an urgent care clinic, so be advised. Completely out of network with all insurances. Bedside manner rating is for terrible receptionist.

THIS IS NOT A DOCTORS OFFICE ---- THIS IS AN EMERGENCY ROOM!!!!!!!! Why does your system allow me to set an appointment at an emergency room??? Because I needed care, I kept the appointment when I arrived and received outstanding care - but nonetheless, it will cost me! C'mon zocdoc!

I wasn't seen by Dr. Bryce but Dr. Allen, nurse Michael and his assistant. The entire staff has the best bedside manner I've ever seen.

Overall the entire crew were very professional and friendly. This includes I believe Ashley at the front desk to the DR's.
My disappointment was that I thought had found a primary DR. but it is an emergency/urgent clinic only.
